  • Enjoy a free afternoon yoga class held at Spelman College's beautiful museum. Move to the breath as you're surrounded by works of art that symbolize balance, focus, and strength.
  • What better way to kick off your week than by practicing yoga to the tunes of hip-hop faves in a beautiful green space? On Mondays at The Home Depot Backyard, you can do just that. And in the famous words of hip-hop artist, Mase, "Breathe, stretch, shake, let it all go."
  • It's time to shed all of that heavy emotional weight and prepare to travel into the new year with a lighter load. In this workshop, you'll explore all of the things that are holding you back, so that you can free yourself and live a more joyful life.
  • Take this opportunity to give all of that compassion you give to others back to yourself. This class explores the topic of self-compassion through sound meditation.
  • Hit up Woodruff Park for an hour of Vinyasa flow every Saturday morning for the rest of the summer. Bring your own mat!
  • This month's event focuses on "feasting" on the manifestations cultivated during the earlier autumn days through deep gratitude. In this three-hour silent experience, you'll enjoy a grounding meditation, a Korean tea ceremony, reiki, mini crafts, aromatherapy, and vegan snacks.
  • Expand your understanding of the different facets of yoga and how you can be in better touch with your body. Learn about these connections with reiki and meditation.
  • Drinking wine after doing yoga might be somewhat commonplace now (they're both pretty relaxing), but what about doing yoga inside an actual wine store?
  • Enjoy a 45-minute guided meditation inside a Himalayan salt room.
  • Let your peace and creativity come together while you color a pre-drawn mandala and zen out to some soft music and sip tea.
  • A day well spent relaxing the mind, body, and spirit with yoga, meditation, and arts and crafts.
  • An introduction to Sound Healing therapy: You'll learn the foundational principles, play various instruments, and possibly gain a new passion for exploring sound therapy further.
  • Sure it looks kind of funny, but yoga is always better with a goat standing on your body while you do it. And did you know that goats are one of the best emotional support animals?
