Absolutely NOT! All are welcome, no matter what your background.

Do I need to wear special clothing?

NO! You can just show up. Everything we do will be gentle and as long as you are wearing comfortable clothes, you will be fine. Well, I hope you ALWAYS wear comfortable clothes!

I am dealing with a serious injury, is this class. safe for me?

Please consult your doctor's advice on this. As I mentioned above, everything we do will be gentle, however, it is each person's responsibility to care for their own wellbeing at all times.

What is your method based on?

Great question! I have developed a unique and effective method for holistic wellbeing incorporating my training and experience with the Alexander Technique, various styles of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Vocal Training and other ancient and modern practices for healthy living.
