<h3>Vinyasa Flow 2</h3>Take your practice to the next level in this 60-minute Advanced Vinyasa Flow class. We’ll move through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and fluidity, incorporating arm balances, inversions, and challenging transitions. This class is designed for experienced yogis ready to explore more complex poses safely and with mindful alignment.Mats provided; bring water, comfy clothes, and an open mind 💛.Class starts at 8:00am on the rooftop of the Sisters House Hostel every Thursday.Please pay in person $150 MXN.
