Join our ongoing aerial silks fitness and movement classes in Tulum—held three times a week—for a graceful and empowering workout that connects body, breath, and spirit. This practice is perfect for beginners, offering a supportive environment where you can build strength, flexibility, and confidence while developing your skills organically and efficiently in a short amount of time.

Each class flows through a mindful power warm-up, creative strength movement on the silks, and a cool-down stretch for restorative flexibility—leaving you strong, centered, and energized. You’ll discover how to trust your body, deepen your breath, and enjoy fitness as an art form.

To enhance your experience, optional add-ons are available after class, including nourishing superfood smoothies and healing teas—crafted to support recovery, hydration, and inner balance.
