How does the program work?

The participant will be provided weekly Module readings that will introduce them to the meditations, embodiment practices, and theory to get the mind, body, and spirit aligned with the program material. Then, we will hold weekly 2 hour Zoom calls to cover the material, meditations, and practices.

What is expected of the participant?

The participant is expected to have decided that it's now time to make a serious shift in their life and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. This takes full ownership and courage to face whatever may come up within one's past or current situation to embrace their masculinity

What are the daily requirements of me?

To perform daily short meditations, and work on integrating the reading and course material in your everyday life in an active way. Then, bring your learnings and sources of clarity into the program and share your insights.

What is the environment like with other men in it?

I create a very safe and sacred space for all men to feel very comfortable and open as we are all on the same path. The men in the program lift each other up in a very powerful helpful way, as we are all here to support each other on the path to becoming a powerful masculine man.
