Where and when will the festival take place?

The main festival, AWAKIN Fest, will be held on December 19, 2025, at Zenote, Tulum, Mexico.

What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes access to all festival activities across the different areas, including concerts and talks; purchase access at the Eco-Market and to all recreational spaces; conscious access to the cenote (no sunscreen or cosmetics), and a camping spot on December 19.

Question 3

What should I bring to the festival?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothing for activities and something warm for the evenings; organic sunscreen; eco-friendly insect repellent (you must shower to remove both before entering the cenote); hat, towel and swimsuit; reusable plate, utensils, and water bottle; yoga mat (or similar).

Is the festival pet-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. However, please keep your pet under control at all times and within designated areas. Pets are not allowed in the cenote. We reserve the right to deny admission or ask a pet to leave if it causes disturbance.

Can I bring my own food?

Accepted Answer

You may bring your own snacks, but we encourage you to enjoy the conscious, healthy food offered by Zenote.

Question 6

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have a parking area near the venue for an additional fee of $200 MXN per car, $80 per moto. We recommend carpooling to reduce the carbon footprint and make the best use of available space.

Question 7

Are refunds available if I can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

No refunds are offered in case of non-attendance. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please submit a ticket-transfer request at least 48 hours before the event to hi@awakinfest.com

¿Dónde y cuándo se llevará a cabo el festival?

El festival principal, AWAKIN Fest, se llevará a cabo el 19 de diciembre de 2025 en Zenote, Tulum, México.

Question 9

¿Qué incluye mi ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tu boleto incluye acceso a todas las actividades del festival en las diferentes áreas, incluidos conciertos y charlas.
Acceso de consumo en el Eco-Market y a todos los espacios recreativos.
Acceso consciente al cenote (sin bloqueadores ni cosméticos) y espacio para camping el día 19 de Diciembre.

¿Qué debo llevar al festival?

Ropa cómoda para las actividades y cálida para las noches, protector solar orgánico, repelente ecológico de insectos (mismos que hay que retirar bañándose antes de entrar al cenote) y sombrero, toalla y traje de baño, plato, utencilios y botella de agua reutilizables, tapete de yoga o similiar.

¿Es Pet-Friendly el festival?

Sí, sin embargo, te pedimos que cuides a tu mascota y la mantengas bajo control en todo momento en las áreas designadas. Ninguna mascota puede entrar al cenote. Nos reservamos el derecho de negar la admisión o solicitar abandonar el festival a la mascota en caso de causar molestias.

¿Puedo llevar mi propio alimento?

Aunque puedes llevar tus propios snacks, te animamos a disfrutar de los alimentos conscientes y saludables que ofrecerá Zenote.

Question 13

¿Hay lugar para estacionarse?

Accepted Answer

Sí, contamos con un área de estacionamiento cerca del lugar del festival por un costo extra de $200mx por auto y $80 por moto. Te recomendamos compartir coche con otros asistentes para reducir la huella de carbono y aprovechar al máximo el espacio disponible.

¿Hay devoluciones en caso de no asistir?

Accepted Answer

No realizamos devoluciones de boletos en caso de no asistencia. Te sugerimos que, si no puedes asistir, transfieras tu boleto a otra persona.
Para ello te pedimos que realices una solicitud de transferencia de boleto al menos 48 hrs antes del evento al correo hi@awakinfest.com.
