Banditos Bounty:  Dine & Clyne Circus Mexicus Kickoff Dinner

Circus starts a little early with lots of flair with a 5 course, Cancion Tequila-paired cocktail dinner and performance by Roger Clyne.

Guests will be treated to the following 5 course meal and Cancion Tequila cocktails: <ul><li>Amuse Bouche - Toast points topped with whipped goat cheese, sweet &amp; sour peppers and bacon lardons (hand-passed appetizer) including a Champagne, Cancion Silver Tequila and pomegranate welcome cocktail.</li></ul> <ul><li>Appetizer - Fresh ceviche tostada with tequila citrus vinaigrette and a Cancion Reposado, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro and soda water elixir.</li></ul> <ul><li>Soup - Watermelon Gazpacho with charred jalapeno crema. Chill your palate with a refreshing Cancion Silver Margarita.</li></ul> <ul><li>Entree - Braised Short Rib with gouda mashed potatoes, grilled squash and a guajillo resposado reduction paired with a Cancion Reposado Cantarito.</li></ul> <ul><li>Dessert - Creme puff with chocolate glaze. The meal concludes with a Cancion Anejo Old Fashioned cocktail.</li></ul> Roger Clyne will top off the evening with an acoustic set followed by The Purple Onions when doors open back up to the public at 9pm! <blockquote>For those guests wanting to sit with friends, please email guest names to banditos.mx@gmail.com after all guests have purchased tickets and we'll do our best to accommodate your seating request.</blockquote> <blockquote>We ask that all guests arrive to Banditos no later than 6:15pm to check in at the door. Guests will be able to open a tab at the bar if they'd like alternative/additional beverages.</blockquote> <blockquote>Vegetarian options will be provided! Once you've purchased your spot, email banditos.mx@gmail.com your request for Vegetarian courses and we'll accommodate you with an equally delicious meal.</blockquote> <blockquote>Note: Fresh ingrediants are crucial to this meal - we will make any necessary changes needed for quality.
