Format

I will introduce you to the world of Clarity Breathwork™ – a gentle, safe yet powerful breathing process – and help you explore the power of your own breath to release stuck emotions, deal with anxiety, and reconnect deeply with yourself.

You will have the opportunity to share what is currently moving you and what’s going on in your life. We will then breathe together and integrate whatever arises for you after the session.

Before each Breathwork session, we will drop into our bodies with Movement and Cortisol Control Exercises to support stress and burnout prevention, as well as overall well-being. (Wear something comfortable; no shoes required).

We will create a WhatsApp group for any questions between sessions. You will have full access to me there, and the workbook will also be shared in the group.

What important things should I prepare or consider for an online Breathwork retreat?

Preparation for CCB (Conscious Connected Breathwork) Create a quiet, private space where you feel safe and will not be disturbed. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing . (no shoes needed). Yoga mat or bed, eye mask, plus a blanket and a pillow or bolster for extra comfort. Water | Journal

Are there any health conditions or situations where breathwork is not recommended?

Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have any of the following conditions: Severe asthma | severe respiratory conditions Cardiovascular issues (incl. high blood pressure) | History of aneurysms or recent surgery Epilepsy or a history of seizures & others.

Will I still feel the same benefits from a virtual breathwork session as I would in person?

Yes! Many participants experience deep emotional release and connection even in a virtual setting. Creating a safe, quiet space at home and following preparation guidelines can help you fully receive the benefits.

What if I get emotional or feel overwhelmed during the session?

It’s completely normal to feel emotional - this is part of the healing process. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace, take breaks if needed, and remember that you are in a safe space. You can also share or ask for support at any time via the zoom chat or WhatsApp.
