This FREE online experiment is aimed at improving your health over the next 21days.
RESULTS & EFFECTS

• Gain confidence in learning a wellbeing framework and practice that is uniquely designed for you.
• Obtain satisfaction from experimenting for 21days and experiencing the results you deserve, either way!
After 21days, you can either continue and keep the changes or revert to where you were. The choice is yours. All it will cost you is 21days!
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Matthew Clarke was born in Melbourne Australia to philosopher David Clarke and fashion designer Adele Clarke.
Matt’s know-how on Health comes from his living through childhood asthma and transitioning off pharmaceuticals by making a combination of strategic lifestyle changes. He studied Naturopathic Medicine in Melbourne and was a practitioner for individuals, families and organisations.
Moving to London over twenty years ago, his work evolved to helping companies change culture and leadership by embedding healthier co-creative modes of operating in complex situations. Always through a holistic and systemic lens, Matt brings his Human Energy practice into professional work.
OBJECTIVES
To provide weekly Zoom 90minute sessions to
• Welcome an online community interested in exploring this topic
• Provide perspective, reflection and dialogue on how to improve ‘my health’
• Experiment in real life to experience progress, or not!
• See the results after 21days (3weeks) and decide for yourself what is next.
DATES AND TIMES
• Mon 20th July, 4:30pm - 6.00pm UK (90minutes): Session 1: Orientation, Workshop Style, Discovery of First Steps, Getting going
• Mon 27th July, 4:30pm - 6.00pm UK (90minutes): Session 2: Review, Address Purpose (personal Why), Refine Attentions, Keep Going
• Mon 3rd August, 4:30pm - 6.00pm UK (90minutes): Session 3: Review, Prep for Final week, Interconections and Momentum, Keep Going
• Mon 10th August, 4:30pm - 6.00pm UK (90minutes): Session 4: Review, Celebrate the moment (whatever happened), no major decisions for 7days.

• Notebook and pens• This is an immersive experience rather than a series of lectures. Please remove distractions.
