<p>Led by world-renowned freediver and Guinness World Record holder Tavi Castro, this breathwork class introduces techniques used in freediving to build breath awareness, control, and calm. The session focuses on understanding breath holds, relaxation in the body, and the relationship between breath, body, and mind.<br><br>Through guided practice, guests are introduced to the foundations of freediving breathwork in a safe and accessible way, supporting the development or expansion of breath-hold ability.</p>
