A quiet, undisturbed space Yoga mat, rug, or comfortable surface to lie on Pillow for your head and a blanket if needed Good-quality headphones or speakers Soft lighting, candles, incense or anything that helps you feel centered Remember: this is your sacred space—your healing ritual.
Approximately 70 minutes, including a short intro, the breathwork practice, and a closing integration.
You may feel emotional release, energetic movement, physical sensations, visuals, or a deep sense of peace. Every journey is unique and exactly as it needs to be.
Yes. This practice is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, glaucoma, clinical anxiety, psychosis, history of stroke, or recent surgery/injury. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.
