Approximately 70 minutes, including a short intro, the breathwork practice, and a closing integration.

Yes. This practice is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, glaucoma, clinical anxiety, psychosis, history of stroke, or recent surgery/injury.
