Rooted: A Full Moon Women's Circle

After a few years away from hosting moon circles, I’m so happy to be returning to this practice — a space to pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves.

This Full Moon in Taurus invites us to slow down and notice what’s working — what’s blooming, nourishing, and sustaining us in the physical world. Ruled by Venus, this lunation is sensual and steady. It asks us to appreciate the beauty of what we’ve built: the art, the love, the little rituals that anchor us. Forget the hustle and the to-do lists for a moment. Instead, tune into what you can see, touch, taste, smell, or feel. And remember what makes you feel rooted and alive.

Through guided meditation, journaling, and gentle sharing, we’ll harness this moon’s earthy energy to reflect, release, and realign with what truly matters.
