Somatic Movement class in Casa Planta AlmaEvery Tuesday at 7:30–8:30pmThis class is for you if you want to:🔸regulate your nervous system🔸feel more without overwhelm🔸understand and befriend your emotions🔸process anxiety, stress, and inner tension🔸deepen your therapy through body support🔸hear what your body is really saying🔸stay present — with yourself, with others, with life.Classes are held in Spanish and English.No prior experience needed.Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and something to write and/or draw with (for integration).Who is guidingI'm Daria Belunski, I’m a psychologist, somatic therapist, somatic educator, and group facilitator.I’ve trained in somatic psychology and embodiment coaching in the US, England, Mexico, and Russia.My work centers around embodiment, inner grounding, and self-love.I help people reconnect with their bodies – to turn the body into a friend, ally, and source of strength, clarity, and resource.
