Icing& is an intimate, hands-on cake decorating experience hosted by TBME in a beautiful Mérida setting. Guided by a professional instructor, guests will decorate their own cake while enjoying curated food, coffee, and fresh juices.

This is not a baking class. It’s about process, texture, conversation, and taking your time.

No experience needed. All materials are provided. You’ll leave with a finished cake and a very good afternoon behind you.
