This February 14th, join us at Kin Toh for Twogether – A ritual of shared table for two, an intimate evening created to honor the bonds that grow from the heart and soul.


Set high above the jungle canopy, where time slows and presence deepens, Kin Toh becomes a space for connection through taste, rhythm, and atmosphere. A setting where sharing is not an idea, but the essence of the experience.


The evening unfolds through a 4×4×4 chef’s curated menu, thoughtfully designed to be shared, savored, and experienced together — four starters, four main courses, and four desserts, inspired by ancestral ingredients, contemporary creativity, and the energy that surrounds each encounter at AZULIK


Chef’s Selection – 4×4×4 Menu


Starters

  • Organic Empanada with seasonal vegetables, coconut cheese, and native bean purée (vegan option available)
  • Breaded Brie with red fruit compote and house-made artisanal bread
  • Coconut Tiger Milk with callo de hacha, mango, and green chile essence (vegan option available)
  • Xilote Pibil with smoked baby corn, xcatic chile cream, and peanut aioli


Main Courses

  • Vegan Tagliatelle with squash blossom sauce, vegan Oaxaca-style cheese, and black truffle
  • Achiote-Grilled Catch of the Day with citrus emulsion and garden herbs
  • Shrimp Risotto with garlic emulsion and black garlic
  • Slow-Cooked Short Rib with white truffle potato purée and organic vegetables


Desserts

  • Najil Kaab (Enjambre): Melipona honey ice cream, cacao textures, and caramelized seeds
  • Citrus Cream with passion fruit, orange jelly, lemon financier, and yogurt ice cream
  • Reishi: Chocolate trunk with almond sponge and spiced cacao
  • Mezcal-Marinated Apples with pumpkin seed soil and purple sweet potato sorbet
