Joe Kim

Joe Kim describes himself as a Chief Question Asker, driven by the belief that the right questions unlock meaningful ideas and solutions. With a career across multiple industries, he has consistently focused on customer-driven innovation, creative problem-solving, and strategic planning.

A dynamic leader and experienced facilitator, Joe is driven by a passion for inspiring innovation in others. His career spans leadership roles at IBM, Keane Consulting, Organic, LeadVantage, Maddock Douglas, DBSI, Glory Global Solutions, and Glanbia. He currently serves as Director of Innovation at Organic Valley while also teaching and mentoring the next generation of innovators.

Education:

BS in Industrial Engineering at Columbia University, and Integral Leadership Program at Stagen Leadership Academy.
