About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In the world of product and UX design, metrics can be both a powerful ally and a tricky trap. They help us back up our decisions and show tangible impact—but when we rely on them too heavily, we risk reducing human experiences to numbers, chasing vanity metrics, or missing the deeper, more intangible value that great design brings.

Join us for this thoughtful and practical webinar led by Kelly Costello and Twisha Shah-Brandenburg, two seasoned experts who’ve spent years navigating the complex relationship between design and data. Together, they'll share frameworks, real-world examples, and honest insights about what it really means to measure design impact—without losing sight of what makes design meaningful in the first place.

Whether you're a designer, product manager, researcher, or just someone curious about the real value behind good design, this session will leave you with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas you can take back to your team.
