Studio Shift

I created Studio Shift to help people feel better - to "Shift Your State" with body, mind, and energy.

Through my own journey of somatic movement, breathwork, physiotherapy and nervous system healing, I learnt that lasting change doesn’t come from thinking harder - it comes from moving, breathing, feeling, and integrating.

That’s why I developed the Shift Method to Shift your State:

Move - reconnect with your body through mindful, freeing, somatic movement.

Breathe - regulate your nervous system and shift how you interpret the situations.

Feel - create space to process and release what’s been held and integrate it all, so you can come home to yourself and thrive.

I share this work through 1:1 sessions, classes, events, and corporate workshops - each designed to move you out of stress and survival mode, and into a state where you feel grounded, energised, and alive.

This is a space "shift your state" to move, to breathe, to feel. Where breath, movement and community become medicine.
