We are mental wellbeing peer support network, providing safe spaces for the people of Lancashire to come together and talk about the unique challenges and struggles of living in Lancashire.

Our aim is simple yet powerful, to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness by making conversation about mental wellbeing something that's part of everyday life.

Our services will be free forever, for anyone - mental illness does not discriminate and neither do we.
