Women in Male-Dominated Industries

Women in Male-Dominated Industries is a networking and career development group for women in traditionally male fields (eg: mining, finance, tech, engineering, construction, politics, etc.).

 The WIMDI Speaker series runs monthly and features talks that will help you develop skills to take your career to the next level. WIMDI also meets once a month for coffee/tea to chat, commiserate, strategize, and cheer each other on.

 WIMDI is run by Holly Burton, a former mining engineer and current leaders coach for women in male-dominated industries. As someone who has been there herself, Holly works one-on-one with ambitious women to help them get promoted and create the careers they actually want in industries they love.

 Holly created WIMDI to help women like you learn career and leadership skills, and to help you connect with other women facing your issues when they are few and far between in your work life.
